All viola models are hand-carved out of wood. Although they are all adjustable in width you must choose the correct one by measuring the lower bout of your viola (the largest lateral distance of the lower end).

MD - Small LB 222 to 245 mm
MY - Medium LB 230 to 262 mm
ME - Large LB 242 to 266 mm
MDH - MD with HOOK Small
MYH - MY with HOOK Medium LB 230 to 262 mm
MEH - ME with HOOK Large LB 255 to 285 mm
